1. Deposits are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes of mind.

2. All digicams are pre-owned, and signs of use are to be expected.

Cosmetic wear (e.g., scratches, dents, or marks) is considered NORMAL and does not qualify for returns or refunds.

Normal signs of use include:

• Scratches, dents, or marks on the camera body
• Slight fading of printed text or logos
• Display screen discoloration (yellowish or darker tint)
• Detached, worn, or missing rubber parts/cable covers
• Video recording, microphone, and Wi-Fi functions are not guaranteed
• Minor dust particles inside the lens

Please note: These are vintage electronic devices, often 15–20+ years old.  Age-related imperfections that do not significantly affect normal operation are deemed acceptable. ♥

3. Warranty

We cover functional defects (e.g., faulty buttons) only if:

• An unboxing video is provided as proof, and
• The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Shipping & courier liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during delivery (e.g., camera unable to power on, lens issues, cracked or damaged screen), 

unless there is clear evidence that the issue existed prior to shipment.

In such cases, responsibility lies with the courier service. Courier insurance is available upon request. Parcels will otherwise be shipped without insurance coverage.

5. Accessories

Free accessories (e.g., batteries, SD cards, chargers, etc.) are provided for free and are not covered by any warranty.

As some accessories may be pre-owned, we recommend purchasing new ones from Shopee for extended usage.

6. Japanese-import cameras

Some cameras are imported from Japan and may have Japanese-only menus.

Please check with us before purchasing if menu language is a concern.

Lastly, every camera is carefully tested and inspected to ensure it is fully functional before being listed for sale.

外观磨损（如刮痕）属于正常情况，不在退换/退款范围内。

— 20 年前的相机不可能处于全新的状态，请理解 。

使用痕迹可能包括：

• 机身上的刮痕、磕碰或痕迹

• 文字或标志轻微褪色

• 屏幕有色差（发黄/变暗）

• 橡胶部件或接口盖脱落/缺失

• 录像、收音（麦克风）及 Wi-Fi 功能不保证可正常使用

• 镜头内有少量灰尘

3. 我们仅对功能性故障负责（例如：按键失灵），但需在开箱视频中明确显示该问题，并在收货后 24 小时内反馈。

4. 对于运输途中造成的丢失/损坏（例如：无法开机、镜头故障、屏幕破裂/损坏），概不负责，除非有明确证据表明问题在发货前已存在。

此类责任应由快递公司承担。若顾客需要，可在发货前申请购买快递保险；

若未提出，则默认为无保险寄送。

5. 附送的免费配件（如电池、SD 卡、充电器）不在保修范围内。

部分配件可能为二手，建议顾客自行购买全新的配件以确保更长的使用寿命。

6. 少部分相机是日本进口机型，可能仅支持日文语言。
